Here is a look at our male hippy clothing ideas. Not sure what goes or just unsure what you might like the look of then look no further. We take apart our clothing a show you what ideas work well together. Hippy clothing is so versatile.
Morning gents! How are we all? Awesome I hope. Having fun and enjoying yourself!
All good here at Hippy HQ – just getting ready for our last quiet weekend until after xmas now. It’s all goo though, we do enjoy the fun and festivities of this time of year.
So, the cold well and truly has its foot through the front door – brrrr! This means that our outfits this time of year are all about keeping warm but looking pretty damn cool!
Well, Halloween is almost upon us. Mwahahaha! What do you have planned?
We love Halloween over here at Mystical Mayhem, it is a wonderful time of laughter and fun.
We shall be spending the rest of the week carving pumpkins yay!
Blimey – nearly at the end of October already- doesn’t time fly when you are having fun?!
The end of the month is fast approaching and it looks as though the cold is here to stay so you need to make sure that you stay nice and warm when you are out and about..
This week’s outfit is all about keeping warm as the outside is brrrrr………..
Well, it would seem that the cold has settled in and is here to stay for a little while. That’s ok though but it does mean that those shorts and t-shirts that you wore all summer will need to be out on the back burner for now… Well the T’s you can wear….
In light of the fact that it is now somewhat chilly on a daily basis, this is what has inspired this weeks outfit. I wanted to show you that you can still remain true to your hippy style, can look cool yet be lovely, warm ad cozy!
You know when I said last week that it was cold, wet and rainy.. well guess what? This week it is exactly the same. There have been brief periods of sunshine but for the most part it has been great representation of a typical British Autumn! Not moaning through 🙂
So what did you gents get up to at the weekend? I hope the rain and cold weather doesn’t lead you stay indoors..
Thanks to those of you who came along to our first festival on Saturday at Cider in the barn, Chalgrove. We had such a blast. It was a brilliant night!
I keep getting told that Autumn is upon us however, every time someone says this to me I get reports of a heat wave coming…. makes no sense but I am not complaining that the sun is still shining. Whilst it is still warm I am reluctant to get the long sleeves and jackets out so I am not going to for the time being. This week’s outfit will continue with the summer theme with a nice bright tie dye short sleeve t-shirt and a pair of our bright Nepalese Print Hippy Trousers.
With the summer in full bloom and Autumn just around the corner, it would seem that it is wedding season and the season of all things formal like work outings etc..
From days past, we know how frustrating it can be when you have to go to an occasion dressed up to the nines when you still want to be comfortable and still be yourself. Well gents, believe it or not, you can. Continue reading Hippy Clothing UK – Gents Outfit Idea – Gentleman Hippy
Festival season is still hot upon us with festivals every weekend! With a lovely bank holiday weekend just a few days away, what festival will you be visiting? The most popular on this weekend would be the Reading and Leeds festivals.
Unfortunately, for the first year in many, we will not be going. For the last what feels like all my years, we have been going to Reading Festival. Sometimes camping and sometimes staying in hotels or even driving back once the last band has finished.
For the majority of the years, we have been so lucky and have had amazing weather. For those of you that are regulars at festivals, you will know that no matter how nice it has been in the day, the nights and evenings turn rather cold. The cold evenings are the inspiration for this week’s idea, worn and showcased by my lovely hubby (Simon – Mr Mystical Mayhem). Our very own Jedi inspired Jedi festival jacket.
Everyone loves a Jerga or so it seems.
This summer we are just constantly restocking these babies. Great look, lovely soft feel, amazing colours and maximum comfort – what’s not to like!
Jerga’s (pronounced Herga) originated in Mexico and were brought far and wide by hippies in their travels and also surfer dudes and dudettes! Jerga’s are also known as Baja hoodies and this is because Jerga’s were originally manufactured (and still are for us) in Baja California, Mexico.
Week 8 of our outfits and we hope that you are finding them useful. We have had some great feedback! As well as putting these together to help you folk, it is also good for us as it gives us idea on what outfits go together for when we put displays together.
When you have as much stock as we do it can be very hard to choose what items of clothing to use and so we have decided to do a mix of new stock and existing stock.
As much of our clothing is suited to all sexes, we like to mix things up a little and use clothing that traditionally women would wear because lets face it, where is the fun in tradition? Being a hippy is about wearing what you feel comfortable in!
