Here are some of our frequently asked questions.

First and foremost if you are trying to find out about a status of an order please view you email inbox and junk folders.
We always email to let customers know if there has been an order issue (E.g. item out of stock etc), if payment was declined and to let customers know their item has been dispatched.

Q: How you do work out the currency for my country?
A: All amounts shown are in Great British Pounds Sterling (GBP £).  Please just Google the words ‘currency converter’ and use the up to date Google converter that appears on the search page or click here for another up to date converter. 

Q: How do I pay in Pounds Sterling?
A: When you use CardSave or Paypal you will automatically pay us in British Pounds Sterling GBP as your bank will convert your currency into the currency we accept (GBP £).  We do not accept any other currency as form of payment.

Q: What Countries do Mystical Mayhem Ship to?
A: UK, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway (economy only), Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, USA.

Q: I Live in the UK and have trouble with computers can I Pay over the Phone?
A: Please call us on the number provided on the contact page and we will be able to help you.  Sometimes due to the unique nature of the items we sell it can be complicated to take phone orders.  Most of the time we are able to help though.  If you can provide us with the unique SKU product code found near the ‘add to cart’ button on the product page we will be able to help you more efficiently.  

Q: I live outside the UK can You call Me?
A: I’m sorry we are only able to call UK based phone numbers.  International customers are welcome to phone us during our normal office hours as displayed on the contact form page.

Q: Do you wholesale your goods?
A: No.  I’m sorry but for the time being we do not wholesale any of our products.

Q:How long is UK shipping?
A: We ship all goods via Royal Mail 2nd class (Royal Mail 48) service.  Your items are either shipped the same day if orders are placed before 13:00pm or next day if orders are placed after this time.  In theory delivery should take 2-3 days although we cannot guarantee this period of time as 2nd class services are not guaranteed.  Most customers report receiving their items within two days but this period of time can be longer due to unforeseen circumstances.  Some customers even report receiving their items next day. Customers wishing to have an item to them by a particular date should use the special delivery options found in the drop down menus on the checkout page. 

Q: How long to ship international items?
A: All international items are checked and shipped t
he same day if orders are placed before 13:00pm or next day if orders are placed after this time. Economy orders are sent using standard Airmail via the Royal Mail.  This service is not tracked and as stated in our T&C’s and on the checkout page is used at the customers own risk and not the risk of Mystical Mayhem.  Standard delivery time is 5-10 working days.  Tracked items are sent via Royal Mail’s Tracked or Tracked and Signed service.  We recommend all international customers use this service.  Delivery times for the tracked option are normally 1-2 days quicker than economy.  All delivery times are not guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances  including customs control at your border and extreme weather conditions etc.   Mystical Mayhem cannot be held responsible for any duty you may need to pay for goods entering your country. 

Q: Do you have a shop where I can View Items?
A: No.  Sorry to say we are an online only business at present.  We do have a warehouse and if customers wish to visit us here then they can phone in advance and tell us their needs.  We can then let them know times we can see them, as we do not have a shop you would not be able to walk around and look at items but only view items you pre warn us about.   

Q: How do I work out shipping costs?
A: Just pop the items into your basket and pop over to the checkout page.  You don’t need to register to view shipping prices.  When on the shipping page use the drop down menu to pick your country and/or shipping method.  The price will then be shown at the bottom of the page.  Please note we can only ship up to 2kg for international orders so we recommend splitting orders over this weight.  The approximate weight is given at the bottom of the checkout page as well.
